Printing options and prices
SCITCH
A printing method with high quality but only direct colours, with minimal rasterisation. The process is not recommended for mixed 4-colour printing, e.g. for photorealistic rendering or colour-transition tones. The most costly solution. It is recommended for line and text reproduction where print quality is paramount. Vector graphic material is required to produce the print screen, the printable area is the front and back of the bag, with 2-3cm off the right and left edges and the bottom of the bag, and approximately 13cm off the top of the bag.
Production time: 9-15 working days.

DIGITAL OUTPUT
It can receive graphic files in almost any format. The only limit to the printing possibilities is the position and size of the print. The maximum printable width is 22cm and, as with screen printing, only the front and back of the bag can be printed, without running out the sides. Both process printing (lifelike photos, run-out colour transitions) and direct colours can be printed. Optional on prints as small as 10pcs! The fastest and most cost-effective method for printing small runs or complex graphics. The quality of the print is influenced by the print media and the image to be printed and its quality.
Production time: up to 3-5 working days!
Price: our digital printer's software calculates the cost of the print to the penny based on the graphic, so each offer is unique. Our software calculates the cost of the print based on the number of colours, no vector graphics are required. HIGHLIGHTING
The oldest printing process. A printing plate made of photopolymer is used to transfer the ink onto the print substrate. For bags there are limitations due to the size of the machine, the largest size that can be printed is a 32+21x27cm ribbon bag. The print quality is medium, depending largely on the size and position of the bag and the print to be printed. Suitable for printing front and back only. Recommended for fast, high volume jobs (500+).
Production time: 2-3 weeks.
Price: a one-off charge of approximately 20-30 Ft/cm2 for the printing form.

FLEXO PUBLICATION
The most economical method with the most possibilities. Here, too, the print is made on paper using a printing die, but not on the finished bag, as in the above options, but before it is made, using high-speed (approx. 2-300m/min) roll-flexo printing. Since the paper can be printed full width, printing is possible on the entire surface of the bag, i.e. on all five sides! Plus, the bag tabs can be in colour! For economy reasons, this type of printing is only available from 5000pcs.
Production time:
- 20-30 weeks for ribbon-lined bags depending on quantity and size
- 13-25 weeks for sling-lined bags depending on quantity and size
Price: for each request for quotation we send an individual quotation, for which we always request the graphic material to be printed. OFFSET PRINTING
The best quality printing. We use it to print our luxury, handmade paper bags from art paper in magazine quality. For luxury bags, we consult with each customer individually to assess their specific requirements. We offer customised design and technical solutions.
For bags with machine-stitched ribbon tassels and twisted tassels, no option.
Production time: 15-30 working days.
